Biographical Summary:
I recently graduated from the Johns
Hopkins University, with a Bachelor of Science in
Biomedical Engineering, focusing my degree efforts
on training in biomedical and chemical engineering
and their applications. I also have an avid interest
in computers and technology, which I currently utilize
in our group here at Johns Hopkins. My major responsibility
in the group is ensuring that we have the equipment
necessary to perform our experiments, and to provide
the data acquisition model during those experiments.
In cooperation with members of the Physiologic Imaging
group at the University of Iowa, we have developed
a sophisticated system for data acquisition and
control that we have dubbed PhysMon.
Currently, I am developing this website as a database
interface tool to allow our group to manage and
analyze the enormous amounts of data that we generate.
Someday I hope to go back to school to pursue a
doctorate in either physiology or biomedical engineering.
