	How do you know if you should use an "ECPO" or an "LVPO" if all your PO's are less than $ 2,500?
	The "LVPO" should not be used if the item being purchased is available in the HopkinsSelect eMarketplace. The reason is that these items have been contracted and if purchased on an LVPO outside of the HopkinsSelect eMarketplace, contract compliance tracking visibility is lost. LVPO Shopping Carts are NOT transmitted to vendors. If the vendor requires a copy of the PO, select document type ECPO.
