How do I remove the Mac OS Gui?

The SAPGUI application is installed in the following directory: Local HD\Applications\SAP Clients. Because the MAC OS does not handled un-installations very well (no "Add/remove Programs"), all footprints should be deleted from the local hard drive. Preferences folders located in Local HD\Library\Preferences\SAP and Local HD\Users\Library\Preferences\SAP should be need deleted as well.
