I received a popup file download window looking for a Tx.SAP file. What should I do ?

If you are an EPR user see question ID # 1283. Otherwise, this message appears for one of two reasons. Either you do not have the GUI installed on your machine or your browser settings on IE are not set to allow SAP Access. To check to see if the GUI is installed, click on Start > Programs. If you see SAP Front End, the Gui has been installed. If the GUI is not installed, contact you Lan Administrator. If the GUI is installed check your browser setting using the following link Click Here
